2. Duplicate Purchase

- System error resulting in multiple charges
3. Non-Delivery
- Product not delivered within 24 hours (after checking spam folder)
- Unable to resolve delivery issue through support
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product already downloaded/accessed
- Incompatibility with your software (please check requirements before purchase)
- Failure to read product description or specifications
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago

Free products are provided as-is and are not eligible for support or refunds.
Software License Keys
For software license keys, please note:
- Once a license key is revealed or activated, it cannot be refunded
- Ensure system compatibility before purchasing
- We provide replacement keys for non-working licenses
